We are pleased to announce the release 26.4.0 of proimporter, a new version of our tool. This release not only brings a completely redesigned user interface, but also numerous improvements and additional functions that will make your work with proimporter even more effective.

Version 26.4.0 is now available for download via the proupdater. To ensure the best possible performance of the proimporter and to be able to use the new design including all functions, we recommend that all customers update to version 26.4.0 via proupdater.

proimporter Update. Correct Status Handling of Completed Activities in P6
With the current proimporter release 26.4.0, we have implemented a targeted stability improvement in the interaction with Oracle Primavera P6.
The focus of this update is the correct automatic transfer of the status of completed activities within the project schedule.
Background
In rare individual cases, updates to the project schedule could result in activities that were already technically completed not being automatically marked as “completed” in Primavera P6.
Although this behavior occurred only sporadically, we took it as an opportunity to thoroughly review and optimize the underlying mechanism.
What has been improved with this release?
With the new proimporter version, it is ensured that:
- completed activities are always automatically and correctly set to “completed” in Primavera P6
- activity statuses remain consistent even after schedule updates
- manual rework in the project schedule is avoided
As a result, the import process becomes even more robust and reliable.
